We’re currently hiring a full-time Pool Service Technician to join our team. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to the industry, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Weekly maintenance of residential swimming pools • Testing and balancing water chemistry (LSI-based) • Equipment inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Communicating with clients and reporting repair needs • Following route schedules and logging service details REQUIREMENTS: • Your own insured pickup truck (this is required) • Valid driver’s license • Reliable and self-motivated • Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors • Willing to learn and work well with a team PAY and BENEFITS: • $25/hr during training • $28/hr after training • Mileage reimbursement • Full medical benefits • 1 week paid vacation (Christmas–New Year’s) • 2nd week after 1 year, 3rd week after 2 years • 5 PTO days/year (start accruing after 90 days) • Summer bonus + Christmas bonus • Uniform provided • Weekends off + your birthday off WHY TECHNICIANS STAY WITH US: We offer a friendly, supportive work environment with clear systems and a strong sense of team.
