Current Job Opportunity: We are seeking a Assistant Supervisor to join our Vernon Production team. This is a hands on position; most of the time will be spent on the production floor overseeing production operations. Our production team is responsible for packing fresh culinary herbs, labeling and building orders. Essential duties, responsibilities and function, include but are not limited to: - Supervising team - Mentoring team members - Assuring quality standards are being met - Tracking productivity and product yields - Onboarding new team members - Helping organize work areas for maximum efficiencies and to maintain safe workplace - Data entry Ideal candidate should be: - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Computer literate - Experiences in people management - Comfortable in both office and refrigerated production floor setting - Available to work Saturdays - Have schedule flexibility If you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, please submit your resume.
