Your Arena): Coordinate subcontractors so every jobsite is covered, every day. Run schedules like a drill sergeant — projects finish on time, period. Track job costs daily to protect margins (and your reputation). Keep clients in the loop with updates that earn trust, not headaches. Jump on problems before they snowball — no excuses, no delays. Sundance Marine promotes a great work environment and is looking for the right person to fill this full time long term position in beautiful Western Colorado. Salary range starts at $35 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Billable incentives and 4-10's work week available.
