Part time or Full time Key Responsibilities: -Greet and assist customers with using washers, dryers, and other services. -Perform wash, dry and fold services. -Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including machines, floors, and restrooms. -Monitor machine operations and report any maintenance issues. -Perform minor troubleshooting or resets on equipment as needed. -Restock supplies such as detergents, laundry bags, or vending items. -Handle basic cash register or point-of-sale transactions (if applicable). -Ensure a safe, orderly, and customer-focused environment. Qualifications: -Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. -Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. -Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. -Previous customer service or retail experience a plus.
