Qualifications: We would like candidates who have some experience in Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing or Gutter Cleaning. However, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate strong initiative and a desire to learn. Solid understanding of operational techniques including: Chair work Stage work Boom and scissor lifts Ladder work (Requirement) Pressure washing Deionized water systems Related tools and equipment Responsibilities: Complete daily tasks in accordance with the scheduled work plan Maintain all tools and equipment in a clean and orderly manner Comply with all company policies, OSHA standards, and applicable safety guidelines Be adaptable and open to shifting responsibilities as needed—specific assignments may vary day to day Who We’re Looking For: A team player with a strong work ethic Someone flexible and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment A natural leader who can inspire others and contribute to the company’s long-term success Requirements: Valid driver's license Reliable transportation We are willing to hire those who do not have transportation as long as you possess a valid drivers license.
