Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dealership or aftermarket parts/service environment At least 2 years of direct customer service experience Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required – no exceptions) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to read and understand technical manuals and parts information Physically able to lift or move heavier parts when needed Willingness to work rotating Saturdays Preferred Experience Familiarity with automotive car parts eCommerce sales experience (eBay, etc.) Ready to grow your career in a fast-paced, customer-first environment?
