We are seeking reliable, professional drivers to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. We offer an excellent hourly rate for individuals who can provide efficient and professional pickup service for our customers' unwanted paint and garbage materials. This is a flexible, sporadic role, perfect for someone looking to supplement their income with high-paying work on an occasional basis, typically during weekday business hours or scheduled weekends. You must have your own transportation. Key Responsibilities: Customer Pickups: Arrive on time at residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Seattle area to collect pre-bagged or securely containerized paint or waste. Safe Handling & Transport: Load and secure materials properly in your vehicle for safe transport in compliance with all local regulations. Communication: Maintain professional and courteous communication with both customers and company dispatch. Reliable Transportation is a Must: You must own or have consistent access to a large truck (e.g., full-size pickup with a bed cover or secure storage) or a large SUV/van capable of safely transporting multiple gallons of paint. Availability: Must be available for sporadic, pre-scheduled shifts—this is not a guaranteed fixed schedule. Shifts will be coordinated based on customer demand. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Clean Record: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Professionalism: Must be well-mannered, reliable, and presentable as you will be representing our brand at customer sites.
