Supervisor – Food & Nutritional Product Manufacturing We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee food & nutritional product manufacturing runs. The ideal candidate will ensure operations are timely, profitable, safe, and compliant with company, quality, food safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production runs and ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations. Plan, schedule, and manage production phases as a working manager. Train, mentor, and evaluate employees under direct supervision. Coordinate with Warehouse, QA, and Production Managers to allocate labor, equipment, and materials. Monitor progress, review job cost reports, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness of the work area and enforce proper lockout/tagout procedures. Oversee accurate and timely completion of all job-related paperwork and reports. Inspect materials, tools, and equipment for accuracy, quality, and safety compliance. Foster teamwork, maintain morale, and ensure proper training and orientation for new staff. Attend required meetings and represent the company positively to employees, auditors, customers, and visitors. Qualifications Supervisory/leadership experience in food or nutritional product manufacturing required. Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and production standards. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to train, mentor, and build strong teams. Hands-on manager willing to work alongside the team.
