FOREMAN: We are also looking for foreman that are able to train crews to successfully complete projects on time; assign duties and be responsible for monitoring the progress of a project from start to finish, keeping it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint. This is paid by a company check no 1099 no cash. Cleaning can occur anytime after 8 AM but must be completed by 5 PM. Prefer experienced cleaners, but will train the right person. Must speak some English. Keys provided so a clean BCI is a must. Please provide name, phone number and where you live or attach your resume. $20 per hour 15 hours per week. Five buildings to clean so you could do one building each day for three hours for five days or multiple buildings on one day as long as everything‘s completed by the end of the week Sunday. There are outside walkways, which need to be kept up so being comfortable during the winter is a must. Basic maintenance, vacuuming, floors, elevator dusting.

Have a few small jobs need help Moving and lifting must be somewhat familiar with tools and able to climb ladders $20 per hr as needed

2 Positions Available: Team Leader: $19 an hour after training, plus tips. Must be at the office for 8:30am. End time around 4:30pm, sometimes a little later. MUST have cleaning experience AND a clean background with a valid driver's license to drive company car during the day from our office to houses. Solo House Cleaner: $21 an hour after training, Mother's hours available, MUST have cleaning experience, valid driver's license and own vehicle to use to commute to houses.
