Weber Enterprises, Inc., a family-owned and operated Taco Bell franchise, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our restaurants running smoothly. As a key problem-solver, you'll travel between locations in company vehicles, handling maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and more. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Three (3) years of experience in maintenance and repair of commercial restaurant equipment - Experience working on any of the following commercial equipment brands: Pitco, Trane, Frymaster, Delfield, Proluxe, Traulsen, and Starr - Commercial HVAC experience (Certification Preferred) - Comfortable using hand and power tools - Valid Oregon Driver's License and ability to pass motor vehicle report - Technical and mechanical knowledge, with strong problem-solving skills - Can read and follow verbal/written instructions, demonstrating attention to detail - Can work independently and with team using strong communication and interpersonal skills - Commitment to providing excellent service to customers, peers, and leadership - Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs repetitively, using hand and power tools, and climbing ladders, and standing/walking for extended periods of time - Able to take direction from multiple leaders while staying organized, communicative, and solutions-focused. - Skilled in juggling priorities through evaluating urgency and asking for clarification when needed.
