Lot attendant position job details: take photos of repossessed collateral, remove personal property from the collateral, keep lot organized and clean and light maintenance tasks, monitor transport companies / customers while on premises, some other duties as requested. Must be able to drive, pass a background check and pass a drug test when requested. Must have your own reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. This is an outside position. Starting pay $15.00/hr. Part Time hours Mon-Friday day shift, 10AM-3PM approximately, some days may vary.
