Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Completion of all types of work orders from residents. • Completion of all resident apartment turn over tasks. • Must be able available to complete “On-call” duties. • Some administrative duties may be included such as opening, tracking and closing work orders. • Conducting property inspections and/or participating on an inspection team. • Attending monthly safety meetings. • Complete preventative maintenance activities. • Full knowledge of property’s emergency procedures. • Maintain all records required by company policies and procedures, OSHA and EPA. • Perform all required duties in a professional and confidential manner. Maintenance technician positions require that an individual be able to lift moderate weights of between 30-60 lbs. on a regular basis and the ability to stand and/or walk all day. In addition, occasional heavy lifting may be required. Duties of this position may require strength and endurance in performing heavy manual labor. Alternating on-call shifts required. Must live within 30mins of Newport, RI for on-call. Valid driver’s license and own transportation required. $150 premium paid for all week’s that you are on-call, additionally you are paid a time and a half rate for any emergency calls plus travel time. Fence laborer needed to join our team 40 hours per week . We are looking for a person that will come in every day and also someone that enjoys work outdoors and can deal with all kinds of weather. Job includes digging holes, cementing poles, using a tape measure and leveling fence panels, Great pay for the right person. Need references from previous employers. Must have transportation to and from work.

Late second shift into third shift starting time anytime between 9 PM and 12 AM four hours per night Monday through Thursday evening and then either Saturday after 5 PM or anytime on Sunday. So five days per week four hours per night 20 hours per week total. Building reopens at 5 AM so all services have to be performed by no later than 4 AM in the morning. Commercial cleaning of bathrooms, lunchroom, offices, hallways, etc. There is a second shift of mostly men who work so you need to be comfortable around other people and be considerate. Second shift leaves at midnight.

This position requires use of hammers, nail guns and saws to repair and sort pallets for expanding pallet business. We will train candidates who want to learn, no experience required. You must be physically able to handle the job requirements, lifting and handling pallets. We require pre-employment drug testing. Pay rate is hourly plus a quota bonus paid out every week. Looking for an individuals to clean a business anytime on Saturday evening after 5pm or anytime throughout the evening as long as the job is completed before Sunday morning at 5am.
