Position Summary: Kniesel's Collision, a family-owned leader in collision repair with multiple locations across Northern California, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auto Body Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning and detailing of customer vehicles following repair services, ensuring a pristine presentation that reflects our commitment to excellence. Position Available: Auto Body Detailer (Full-Time) Location: Kniesel's Collision – Auburn, 13810 Lincoln Way, Auburn, CA 95603 Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Detailing: Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing of vehicles following collision repairs, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and removing dust and debris. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections to identify any remaining dirt, damage, or imperfections, ensuring all vehicles meet Kniesel’s Collision’s high-quality standards before delivery. Cosmetic Touch-Ups: Perform minor cosmetic enhancements such as paint touch-ups, headlight polishing, and blemish correction to improve overall vehicle appearance. Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with team members to ensure vehicles are returned to customers in pristine condition, contributing to a positive customer experience. Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper working condition. Technical Assistance: Support repair technicians with prep work such as masking, taping, and sanding as needed. Inventory Management: Monitor and restock detailing supplies and tools to maintain adequate inventory. Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Production Manager or General Manager. Skills and Requirements: Prior experience in automotive detailing or a related field is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence. Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment. Basic knowledge of automotive cleaning products and procedures. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Physically able to stand, kneel, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. We are looking for an entry level paint and powder coat prepper to support our operations. This is not a paint or leadership position. This is a full-time position at a static facility in Rancho Cordova (95741), no traveling, and no working from home. Must be able to work alone and in tandem with others Monday-Friday (we work four ten-hour days with OT on Fridays). Must be able to lift, squat, and spend most of the work period standing or moving. Must take pride in their work and be able to follow instructions, continuing to work as directed without shortcuts. Must utilize good time management, having the capacity to grow and learn to forecast the next steps required in support of production. Must have reliable transportation and maintain regular attendance. No previous experience necessary, on the job training will be provided. This is a day shift, 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, with OT being a common occurrence on Friday's. This is not an automotive paint and repair shop, this is for production finishes in a metal fabrication facility (see illustrations). Swimming Pool Service Technician & Helper Pool Ninja is currently hiring for two positions. We are hiring a Weekly Pool Service Technician as well as a Technician Helper. The Service Technician Position The Service Technician will drive to 20-30 residences daily to conduct regular weekly maintenance including balancing pool water chemistry, and netting and brushing pools. With our 4 day workweek schedule, our technicians value their time away from work with their families and return to work recharged and ready to go. Candidates for this position must have a great verifiable work history, a good driving record, and be in good health with the ability to work in all weather conditions. For this position we would like to see a good job history with a verifiable job history average of at least 1.5 years at each employer. Experience is preferred for this position but not required. Pay rate is $20-23 depending on experience. Technician Helper The Technician Helper will assist a current experienced Service Technician and assist in tasks such as brushing, netting and any other duties needed. We consider this a training role that is perfect for a young individual without experience to learn the trade which will position them for a Future Service technician role. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age with a valid drivers license. This job is physical and will require working outdoors rain or shine. Pay rate is $17-18 per hour for the helper role.
