ShareTricon Group/Tricon Snow Inc is Professional Facilities Service with Snow and Ice Management Company seeking a Multiple Area Snow Supervisors that have an ample amount of knowledge in Snow and Ice Management. TOP PAY $45.00 an hour depending on experience Duties include but are not limited to: • Keep track of all inventory pre/post snow event and report all bulk usage. • Assess performance and skillset of all seasonal crew members during snow events while also ensuring productivity/safety and report feedback to Operations Manager. • Work closely with dispatch to monitor crew progress and attendance during snow events. • Provide additional training as needed for seasonal crew members. • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions. • Report all accidents in a timely manner to appropriate Chain of Command • Assist Operations Manager in the recruiting process of seasonal crews. • Assist crew members in using time keeping app to clock in/out along with how to upload necessary data for billing. Requirements • 5 years of Snow and Ice Management Experience Required • Available to be on call 24/7 during snow season (Oct-April) • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual English and Spanish a plus!
