Maintain timelines and meet client quality standards. Communicate job updates through mobile apps or office team. Qualifications: Previous experience in property preservation, handyman services, or construction preferred (training available). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions. Smartphone/tablet with data plan for reporting and photo documentation. Strong work ethic, reliability, and independence.
