Needed: Experienced house cleaner Monday thru Friday 8 am until 5pm (times will vary from week to week) to start immediately for a busy, established cleaning company Must have experience and be able to work without supervision after training period with my business Must have a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance and be able to drive in the snow Must be able to pass a background check Hours are from around 8 am until mid afternoon most days. Pay is commensurate with experience usually starting at $17.00 an hour unless more qualified Probationary period is 90 days with a raise after that time

COMMUNITY ACCESS CONTROL We are a small upscale residential community, seeking customer service professional for gated neighborhood in western Colorado Springs near Garden of the Gods. Full and part-time positions (20 to 40 hours weekly) available. Full medical/dental/vision benefits included. Starting pay of $15 to $17 per hour and up, depending on qualifications, with a $0.50 raise following six months of successful performance of duties. Duties include: • Controlling access to the neighborhood and managing package deliveries • Providing highest level of customer service in person and by phone • Maintaining safety reports and logs, and patrolling the neighborhood • Calling police, fire, and medical personnel, as necessary • Any other duties as identified by the Manager. Candidates must possess the following skills and attributes: • Be able to pass a background check as well as pass an initial drug screening • Valid driver’s license • Computer and tablet skills • Communications skills, both verbal and written, in English.
