Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers and their furry companions with a warm, welcoming attitude. - Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries about our services. - Assisting with booking reservations and scheduling daycare or boarding stays. - Managing check-ins and check-outs for our four-legged guests. - Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete. - Collaborating with our team to guarantee a safe and happy environment for all dogs.
