I need a drum rehearsal space. (Inman Park)

I've recently moved to SE Atlanta (Inman Park), and was looking for a rehearsal space close by with a drum kit set up. 43M, I've been playing for over 30 years - I'm not looking to make a huge bash-y noise (I play alt-rock/americana/folk-rock) or need anything fancy, but I live in an apartment and don't have space/soundproof facilities to play.
