Rent includes electricity (dryer is a little walk away). Lightly furnished, not fully furnished. There is space for gardening. We are health-conscious and into an organic, regenerative life-style and wish for someone to join our land who shares these values. Rainforest climate, high humidity, not for everyone. References and security deposit will be required. $150 per month extra for additional person There is the possibility to do part of the rent in work trade. If you desire partial work exchange, please only apply if you have extensive handyman skills or regenerative/organic farming, permaculture and/or food forest knowledge and management skills.
