Portable Oxygen Concentrator Usability Study – Compensation Provided

Seeking a medical administrative assistant for a part-time position (with the potential for full-time employment) in a busy medical office. Candidate should be a self-starter, team player, and possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of basic computer applications and the ability to handle multiple office assignments are also required. Bachelor's Degree and/or at least 1 year of experience working in a medical office or with medical practice software are a plus. Benefits include paid holidays and employee incentives. This position is purely on an as needed basis. So the best candidates for this position are searching for occasional, additional income and not full time work. This person (or persons) will be asked to accomplish things such as the following: Basic technical work such as completing data entry on a simple excel doc (rare) Dusting, mopping or sweeping a mid-size apartment (weekly) Picking up prescriptions and mail, making calls to health care agencies, taking us to appointments and maybe other miscellaneous tasks that will be discussed. Help wanted for laundry staff to work afternoon shift at clinic. Preferably someone with experience washing bed linens, personal clothing, towels, etc. in a laundry setting and with little or basic knowledge of English to communicate with staff at the clinic for elderly/sick patient care. The schedule for which help is needed is in the afternoons from 1:30pm to 9:30pm with availability for weekend work. We are seeking someone punctual, respectful, and willing to learn.
