ShareWe are looking for an Insurance Coordinator for our well-established orthodontic practice. This role is directly responsible for helping patients understand their financial responsibility for orthodontic treatment by setting up financial contracts, verifying insurance benefits, billing of insurance claims and subsequent follow up. Knowledge of orthodontic or dental/medical insurance and how to navigate the electronic billing system is desired. This role is an essential part of the administrative team, providing critical support in answering phones and scheduling during our busiest times of the day to ensure that the families of our practice never experience care below the level we strive for. The ideal fit for this position has a bright disposition, a talent for multitasking and exceptional eye for detail. It is also important that you have great verbal and written communication skills to keep our patient flow and professional relations running smoothly.
