Are you looking for an extra earn of income? This might be an opportunity for you! :) We are a small family owned company that provides a residential home for individuals with diverse needs, such as disabilities, mental health challenges or other support requirements. Our open position is our Glendale, AZ location that houses 3 members, all under the age of 18. There are different age groups at the home. Responsibilities include but not limited to:     •    Provide supervision     •    Meal preparation     •    Medication administration     •    Light cleaning     •    Encouraging social skills     •    Participate in outings with members     •    Assist members with hygiene needs such as bathing, dressing grooming (no diaper changing)     •    Provide transportation to appointments and outings (minimal)     •    Most importantly provide emotional support and well-being Requirements:     •    Driver's License (if transporting members)     •    Car insurance and registration (if transporting members)     •    Fingerprint clearance card (if you do not have one, we can assist in getting one)     •    Article 9 certified (if do not have one, we can assist in getting one)     •    Prevention and support (if do not have one, we can assist in getting one)     •    CPR & first aid (if do not have one, we can assist in getting one)     •    English speaking (preferred but not required) Available shifts and hours vary, so please contact us for more information so we can work out a set schedule that works with your availability! Coverage positions available! Meaning, if you'd like to be added to our Teams group ONLY, where our staff send the days and hours they need covered, you are more than welcome to pick up those shifts if your availability works. Position: Financial Manager Department: Finance Reports to: CEO Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to oversee the critical financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can provide insightful analysis to support executive decision-making and drive the company's financial health and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
