Currently seeking qualified candidates for present and future remote food service positions including; Head Cook, Cook/Baker, and General/Kitchen Helpers. This could potentially be a great opportunity for anyone who has remote catering experience and is comfortable living and working remotely. These are normally seasonal positions that require flexibility, and the ability to adapt to on-demand changes and extreme weather conditions. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, highly energetic individual seeking excellence in food and customer service standards. A qualified candidate will possess ALL of the following minimum requirements: • Must have an Alaska Food Workers Card and/or ServSafe Certification prior to date of hire • Must have a minimum of 2 years remote camp/catering experience for specific position you are applying for. • Must pass all pre-employment contract requirements that may include, but are not limited to; background checks, work reference checks, and drug or alcohol screening. • Must be able to actively be on your feet for a minimum of 12 hours per shift, 7 days per week for the scheduled rotation. Standard schedule is a 3x3 or 4x2 rotation, but may be subject to change depending on contract or availability. • Must be able to live in dormitory style settings and abide by ALL camp rules and requirements as per camp management.

The Front Desk Clerk at Hotel Captain Cook is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a smooth registration and checkout process, and providing information on special requests, events, and attractions within the hotel. This role requires maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality, acknowledging all patrons courteously. Strong typing and computer skills are essential.
