What You’ll Do: Sell wine, not just pour it. Help guests discover bottles and styles they’ll love. Recommend pairings and guide guests through our wine-friendly light bites menu. Mix a small number of classic and house cocktails with care—wine is the focus here. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar that meets NYC health & safety standards (NYC Food Handler's Certification required). Handle transactions efficiently using our POS system. Contribute to a smooth, collaborative team service—and jump in where needed. You’re a Great Fit If You: Have a strong foundation in wine—from service roles, certifications, or self-study.
