Eggslut Beverly Center - 8500 Beverly Blvd Ste 101, Los Angeles, CA 90048 Hours of Operation: 8:00AM - 2:00PM, 7 Days A Week OBJECTIVE The Line/Prep Cook is responsible for preparing all food served at the restaurant. Their main focus is to maintain high food standards, a clean, safe kitchen and follow all Eggslut procedures (recipes, cooking instructions, etc.) according to local Health Department standards. Overall, their job is to efficiently work assigned stations in the kitchen. Overview We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic SERVERS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with experience in casual dining. As a SERVER, you will be responsible for greeting guests, seating, taking orders, suggesting drinks, appetizers and entrees, making non-alcoholic drinks, cash handling, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Familiarity with any touchscreen POS system is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Experience in the food industry, including catering or banquet services, is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, some evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
