Small asian restaurant in PCB need someone that can multitasking. This position will require washing and properly sanitizing kitchen dishes and equipment. You are responsible for hand wash dishes in three compartment sink, keeping the kitchen and restaurant clean, taking out the trash. Helping out in the kitchen on a regular basis with necessary food preparation tasks, as well as assembling and packaging meals, storing perishables. Learning to work a dough sheeter machine, commercial mixers, commercial ovens, sealing machines, hand cutting, and baking all biscochitos. Employees will also learn how to use our register systems and shipping systems. Complete any packaging including any labels and expiration date labels. All packaging will require using a sealing machine. Stocking all of our inventory properly. Always willing to follow instructions and able to receive constructive criticism. Able to work respectfully with others and listen to other employees before jumping to a conclusion. Provide excellent customer service, address the needs of our customers in a timely and effective manner. Follow and comply with all requirements made by the New Mexico Environmental Health Department as well our safety standards and cleanliness measures. Effectively follow all of our cleaning procedures to insure a sanitary work environment. Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift anywhere between 30 to 50 pounds. Able to work at least an 8 hour day standing/walking.
