Host (East Greenwich, RI)

Siena Restaurant seeks full and part-time candidates with outgoing and upbeat personalities to greet and accommodate our restaurant dining guests in a warm and professional manner and to build service-oriented relationships with key customers. A host will ensures all reservations are properly taken and maintained within our OpenTable reservation software, seat guests and accommodate special requests, offer guests menus and transition service to our wait staff. This position requires excellent verbal and telephone skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively, the ability to work and participate in a team environment, and the ability to multitask and work calmly and effectively under high volume, fast paced environment. Basic computer skills are required. Previous restaurant experience or training is preferred, but any customer service experience would be considered a plus. We offer flexible scheduling and a great work environment. Pay is $16-18/hr plus tips.
