We’re looking for a passionate Event Coordinator to join our team and help plan and execute memorable events from start to finish. Position Summary: The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events hosted at Arthur & Sons NY Italian. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or event management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage events of various sizes, including private parties, corporate events, and special promotions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to event completion. Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless event execution. Prepare event proposals, contracts, and budgets. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure all standards are met. Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and hotel partners Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Assist with marketing and promotion of events when needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in event planning or hospitality management preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Professional, positive demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
