We are a busy bakery coffee shop seeking a reliable cashier & counter person... PLEASE DO NOT DROP IN TO THE SHOP YOUR MAIN AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE NEATLY BOXING PASTRIES, HELPING POUR DRIP COFFEE, WATER AND ICE DRINKS, AND BEING A TEAM PLAYER. Shifts are TYPICALLY Fri-Mon 930-5pm PLEASE RESPOND WITH RESUME AND COVER LETTER DETAILING YOUR WORK HISTORY AND STRENGTHS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM SOLVING. MUST HAVE 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A CASHIER OR FOOD HANDLER IN A FOOD SERVICE ENVIRONMENT. Social media links are highly encouraged. Job: Cashiering and boxing pastries, greeting customers with a smile and hospitality, learning the menu and having knowledge of coffee. Keeping station clean an organized. following correct procedures with ticket system and card charging. FREQUENTLY WIPING DOWN TABLES AND KEEPING THE DINING ROOM CLEAN. Must be reliable and punctual, we have a very strict attendance and call out policy. Must be focused, well mannered and put together. You are the first person the customer sees, and are representing the business. We are not looking for individuals WITH NO EXPERIENCE IN RESTAURANTS OR COFFEE SHOPS.
