We want to hear from you. About the Role: North Beach Village is a vibrant, evolving neighborhood filled with boutique hotels, creative businesses, and a strong sense of community. As Assistant to the Head of Development, you’ll be a hands-on force helping to bring projects to life, whether it’s opening a new storefront, setting up a pop-up, booking an event, or handling last-minute tasks across our Village. This is a doer’s role. We’re looking for someone who loves to execute, isn’t afraid to make mistakes, and thrives in environments where no two days are the same. Essentially a versatile professional who wants to learn and help our neighborhood evolve into something new and exciting. Key Responsibilities: From Research to Finished Product Assist in researching concepts, sourcing materials or vendors, and executing projects from idea to completion; whether it’s opening a café, launching a pop-up, or the best sofa for a hotel room. Open New Businesses Help get spaces ready for launch: moving furniture, organizing inventory, coordinating vendors, handling deliveries, and making sure everything is in place and on time. Create and Run Pop-Ups Assist in planning, setting up, and operating pop-up shops, food concepts, wellness activations, and seasonal experiences. You’ll help source materials, prep the space, and support guest flow during the event. Coordinate Event Bookings Manage booking inquiries, maintain the events calendar, assist with space setup and breakdown, and ensure smooth operations during private events, brand activations, or art shows. Be Everywhere Support is Needed Whether it’s a last-minute supply run, fixing something on site, or stepping in to assist a team, you’re ready to show up and help keep the Village running. Daily Development Support Work side-by-side with the Head of Development to follow up on projects, organize communications, and make sure every detail gets executed from vision to real life. Qualifications: Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in getting things done. Comfortable being on your feet, lifting, organizing, and shifting gears quickly Not afraid to make mistakes and learn by doing and bounce back fast Passion for creating real-world experiences, not just talking about them Friendly, clear communicator with good judgment Driver’s license required Flexible schedule Holds the upmost integrity You use AI, YouTube, and Google regularly to teach yourself new tools, trends, and how to find the best solutions. Pass a background check, can provide up to date work authorization documentation. Can lift up to 25lbs. This is a full to part time position, and we are looking for reliable people to help expand our company. We have an amazing team already but we are growing and would love to expand our team. This position has extensive training before we let anyone lead an event, it includes heavy lifting, clean and neat presentation. A Drivers License, Liquor License and Food Handlers Permit is required. These duties are not limited to these items and can vary based on peak times 1. Load vans for their events and others 2. Communicate with one another and team members like dishwashers, cooks, office manager when needed to ensure they have any unanswered questions and they have what they need, or another event has what they need 3. Go to the store to busy what items they may need or if the kitchen needs something 9. Maintenance on the vans-oil changes, gas etc, 10. Work as a team, there is no I in team 11. Communicate with your boss- that is me!!!! 16. Check menus and schedule to make sure you know when you are working and what event you are working

Reset Representative (Mount Vernon and surrounding area)
The Reset Representative performs resets and/or rack or display placements as designated by pre-established plan-o-grams. Job Responsibilities Set and/or reset stores using established plan-o-grams at customer locations either individually or part of a team. Makes decisions and presents workable solutions as issues arise during reset activity to ensure customer satisfaction. An example includes recreating the plan-o-gram onsite if improvements or adjustments are needed. Ensures package, brand, tagging, and appropriate pricing are reflected in the store sets. Provides adequate communication to the customer on changes to store because of reset activity and responsible for meeting retailer needs before and after the reset. Work collaboratively with team members when organizing the reset activities during store resets. Treat teammates with respect and courtesy, value the diversity of perspectives and skills within the team. Maintains a safe and unobstructed work environment during reset activities. Maintains and secures company assets, tools, and equipment. Adheres to the safety policies and guidelines.
