What you’ll do Make great drinks, fast: Build classics and house signatures with consistent specs and clean presentation. Own the guest experience: Read the room, greet promptly, guide choices, and keep regulars coming back. Run a tight bar: Maintain a spotless station, stock/rotate product, and complete opening/closing side work. Handle the details: Accurate POS, cash/credit handling, and compliance with all alcohol‑service laws. Be a pro teammate: Communicate clearly with servers, barbacks, and kitchen; keep service smooth during rushes. Are of legal age to serve alcohol in your state and can obtain/maintain required certifications (e.g., alcohol server, food handler). Schedule Evenings & weekends required; holidays as needed.
