LOWELL Transportation is seeking an Office Assistant to join our in office support team. In Office Hours required 7:30am to 4:00pm. required responsibilities: - office admin, including customer service assistance - dispatcher assistance - light bookkeeping assistance - self organized and ability to generate tasks to others -assist in daily check-in and assist dispatcher/driver support as needed - Create and maintain company files including Excel and word - Letter writing - internet browsing and computer skills Requirements include: · Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) · Highly motivated self-starter · Ability to work independently interact with management and staff · Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail · Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
