About the Role We’re looking for a Part-Time Business Operations Assistant to keep the trains running and help us strengthen our operational foundation as we continue to grow. This role will handle painter onboarding, internal systems and processes, payroll, basic financial support, and executive support to our co-founders. You’ll also have the opportunity to assist with marketing and communications, including organizing webinars and maintaining our social media presence.
