We are seeking a responsible, motivated student to manage 35 registered Hereford cattle. Must be pursuing a degree in animal science or agriculture. Livestock experience preferred. Duties include herd health, basic medical care, DNA collection, moving cattle, and record keeping. Part-time, 20–25 hrs/week, $24/hr.

Schedule: Tuesday -Saturday from 8:30am to 5:30pm (Saturday: 9am to 5pm) *If hired on or before 3/31/2025 a one-time bonus of $1,500 will be paid on the first payroll after 60 days (less applicable taxes). Contributions: 1-2 years experience as an Assistant Property Manager (100 units+). Knowledge and formal training of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations. Possesses a high level of professionalism, the ability to communicate and a strong work ethic. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
