Poplar Village North is looking for part-time maintenance help to join our team at Poplar Village North Apartments. We are a drug free smoke free apartment complex located in east Medford. This position would include painting and helping the maintenance manager with apartment turn overs for incoming tenants. It would also include filling in for the maintenance manager from time to time when they are sick, or on vacation. This is an hourly position. Responsibilities: • Painting indoor and outdoor • Maintenance and repairs relating to apartment turnovers • Keeping the grounds and common areas neat and tidy • Moving appliances • Replacing faucets, sinks, toilets and other related repairs • Replacing light switches, sockets, fixtures and electric receptacles and performing other electrical work • Clearing garbage disposals, drains and toilets Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED • Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle • Must have basic construction tools • Experience in maintenance or related field • Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery • Ability to read and execute work orders provided by resident manager • Excellent customer service and social skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task • Ability to lift 50lbs Poplar Village North is an equal opportunity employer.
