Qualifications: -2 years minimum handyman experience. -Maintenance experience with internal structures (light plumbing, light electrical) OR -Maintenance experience in exterior structures (concrete, roofing, siding, carpentry, asphalt etc.) We have many positions open for different levels of skill and experience. This position is multi faceted and requires problem solving, being part of a team and communicating with tenants and managers on a daily basis.
