As an upscale Italian influenced Steakhouse, our cooks have the opportunity to build their knowledge and hone their talents while working with incredible ingredients in our beautiful kitchen. Rolling and filling fresh pastas, grilling Wagyu steaks, plating masterpieces on fine Italian porcelian, implementing our tasting menu, serving the south Bay Area's best grand brunch buffet; our team is constantly striving for perfection and aiming for the highest level of execution.  We are currently for line cook positions in the evenings (generally 3:00pm to 11:00pm).
