Looking for a clean, responsible tenant (no pets, one person only) to rent a large 200 sq ft furnished bedroom in our quiet, shared house located in the Maple Leaf neighborhood, close to the Northgate Light Rail Station. The room is located on the second floor and comes fully furnished with a king-sized bed, mattress with protector, nightstand, lamp, desk, chair, and ample storage space. Additional in-room amenities (kettle, coffee maker, private microwave, portable A/C, or small exercise equipment) can be provided upon request and landlord approval. Shared spaces include a full kitchen with two refrigerators, oven, dishwasher, and pantry; a cozy living room with TV, dining area, and sofa; a bathroom (shared); in-unit laundry; and a patio for outdoor relaxation. The house is heated and well-maintained. We’re a quiet couple working in tech and engineering, mostly commuting to our offices. There’s also one other respectful roommate on the second floor, and a friendly 4-year-old beagle in the home. Rent is $575/month plus $50/month for utilities.
