Hi everyone-I live with MCS/Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and spent 5 years working with an architect who specializes in building safe houses, finding suitable land in the country and finally started to build from scratch in 2020. The result is an amazing toxin free house built from Faswall Block, concrete, plaster and stucco. All of the wiring is shielded and the floors are polished concrete and hardwood, with radiant heating underneath. A Zehnder HRV ventilation system cleans and moves the air throughout. The house is an EcoNest designed by Paula Baker-Laporte of EcoNest Architects, Ashland, Oregon. The house has three bedrooms with three bathrooms and is two stories tall. I’m offering a share rental of this house with the bedroom being on the first floor and having its own master bath with a tub. I’m looking for someone who is totally scent free and uses natural, nontoxic products. The house is located in north west Petaluma and just a 12;minute drive to downtown and 18 minutes to the coast. $1200 deposit, month to month lease. Sorry, no pets. Thank you.
