Duties/Responsibilities: Punch Lists •Must be able to complete Punch List – A punch list is a quality checklist from the builder of the homeowner of any issues identified during the walk through. •Must be able to troubleshoot and read blueprints/ floor plans. •Must have National Electric Code (NEC) knowledge. •Must communicate with the manager regarding any issues that arise. Required Skills/Abilities: •Electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electrical. •Ability to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc. •Must have their own standard residential electrical tools. •Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. •Must have specialty tool use knowledge – i.e. Jack Hammer, Generator, Multimeter, Toner. •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. •Must be able to read paperwork and fill out necessary information.
