I am looking for a self-directed personal assistant to help with these administrative tasks and projects. This is a flexible, part-time, and hybrid position, with a mix of in-person and remote tasks, estimated at 8–12 hours a week to start with. Responsibilities include: • Research of vendors, service providers, products, services, hotels, event spaces, etc. and compilation of simple spreadsheets comparing different solutions • Calling and inquiring to collect competing offers • Prioritizing, tracking, following up, and drafting of correspondence • Assisting with trip planning and booking • Collecting mail from P.O.
