As a Concrete Finisher you're responsible for: r placing, finishing, and curing concrete to achieve smooth, level, and durable surfaces. They work on a variety of projects—such as sidewalks, driveways, floors, roads, bridges, and other structural elements—ensuring that concrete is properly shaped and meets design specifications. Experience:1–3 years in concrete finishing or a related construction trade. Technical Skills: Proficient with finishing tools (trowels, floats, edgers, screeds, power trowels) Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, kneel, bend, and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods. Knowledge: Understanding of concrete curing methods, mix designs, and finishing techniques. Soft Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, ability to meet project deadlines.
