Dependability: You’re responsible, reliable, and can manage daily property needs with minimal supervision. People Person: Excellent communication and customer service skills — you’re comfortable interacting with tenants and vendors. Organized & Detail-Oriented: You keep accurate records and stay on top of maintenance and tenant needs. Compensation: Partial rent credit on a one-bedroom apartment, reflecting approximately 40 hours of work per month.
