$6,500 / 2br - Resort style living (sebastopol)

This secluded resort like contemporary home will make you detach from your daily routines and bring you in a state of bliss. Take advantage of fruits and vegetables year around from our organic gardens, take a dip into the solar heated pool or hot tub before you take a nap on the day bed in the cabana. Enjoy an espresso with our jura machine and enjoy it on the large deck to decompress. If you must, retreat into the fully equipped office, but make it short. ;) Our friends love to visit and refer to our home as the "RESORT". After a day in the garden we love to spend the evening hanging out in the cabana, dipping in the pool and listening to music. You have privacy and peace but we are very close to town. The pool is heated by solar and our home is generally very green. We are organic gardeners and you are welcome to harvest anything that you see growing. (it's year around) The open kitchen/ living/ dining area is perfect for entertaining. There is also a massive deck that is directly connected to the living areas. The kitchen is professionally equipped and has high quality tableware. A gardener will take care of the yard/ garden while we are gone. The pool will be professionally managed. We are flexible on timing but prefer a 3-7 month term to be able to travel starting mid january. Rent is $6500 per month. All utilities are included except propane. Your kids will enjoy the large sandbox and a very special treehouse with slide and swing.
