Greetings, I am subtleting my studio apartment on a month-to-month basis due to travel vacation. The ideal candidate will have proof of income, such as the last two paystubs and a photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license. Preference will be given to someone who can pay for their security deposit plus three months rent in advance. Any form of payment is accepted: cash, venmo, paypal, zelle or check. More About This Studio Apartment: * This apartment has a large washer (top load) and dryer (front load) - w&d are one year old. * There is laundry on site and storage (not included). * There is a brand new refrigerator, brand new door, brand new and secured windows (3 windows). * There is a microwave. * It has been renovated with paint and a new floor. * Gas, electricity, heat and water are included. * There is also a large new air conditioner installed. CAUTION: You have to be a good energy sever as not to spend too much on electricity. This premise is located less than ten minutes from the Staten Island Ferry Terminal and Railroad. It is near the 120 Precinct, the Staten Island Ball Park Stadium, the Empire Outlet (mini mall), a promenade, SI City Hall, Supreme Court, Family Court, and Civil Court. There two grocery supermarkets in the area: Keyfood and Westernbeef. You'll find lots of delis all around it. 1st Floor Large Furnished Studio Apartment There is a nice playground on Wall Street and Saint Marks Place: Lt. Lea Playground. We do not have pets. So, please do not bring a pet, unless you are extremely clean and you are able to leave this apartment clean just the way you found it. Sincerely.
