The room is 12x11 feet, recently painted and quiet. Amenities include a Queen size bed with new bedding, storage chest, towels, closet, desk and chair, wall mounted cable ready TV and hi-speed internet. ($1600/month) The room will be available October 29 through February or March 2026. (*Possibly longer) Rental term is monthly. You would share the flat with 2 other people. 3 of us here in total.
