We are looking for a positive self-motivated individual that can easily adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment. We primarily serve the semiconductor and high tech industries We have a Manual Lathe/Mill Operator position available now. Reports to: Machine Shop Manager Responsibilities: 1. Read, interpret and understand customer drawings and specifications that are in English. 2. Safely setup, operate and maintain tools on manual lathes and mills. 3. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machines. 4. Keep work area clean and organized. Qualifications: 1. At least 4 years of related experience 2. Good attendance, productive, can work independently with little supervision and minimal errors. 3. Adhere to safety rules. 4. Team player, positive attitude, ability to multi task, stay calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations. 9. High attention to detail and precision. 10. Can handle non-climate controlled warehouse. Benefits after probation period: 1. 401K and matching. 2. Full Kaiser health insurance. 3. Full Dental. 4. Paid time off. 5. Referral program.
