We are an Essential Company. Description of role: We are looking for qualified CNC machinists with experience in CNC Lathes, Horizontal or Vertical Machining Centers. This candidate will perform under limited supervision and be responsible for the set-up and operation of various shop machinery for parts production, utilizing drawings/prints, programming instructions and inspection conformance measures. *****Work schedule: Days!!! 6:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Thursday with overtime available on Fridays Job Type: Full-time *****Benefits: *Comprehensive medical/vision coverage for employees after 60 days *Upgraded medical and dental coverage, as well as dependent medical coverage, available at additional cost after 60 days *401k plan available after one year of employment *Paid holidays (8) *Paid sick time (accrued at 1 hour per 40 hours worked) *Paid vacation *Weekly overtime availability *Relaxed environment that encourages self-management and independence *****Salary: Competitive and motivated market-based salary depending on experience *****Tasks: *Perform machine set-up, load and measure tooling *Work from prints and/or drawings to produce a wide variety of products *Perform high-tolerance production-style machining using GD&T and in-process inspection methodology *Check height, depth and thickness of parts using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision measurement equipment *Produce precision parts within the time constraints listed on the job traveler *Perform routine maintenance per machine requirements *Maintain personal quality tooling and accurate record keeping *****Skills and requirements: *Graduate of a technical school, full apprenticeship program or comparable demonstrated experience *Demonstrated ability to create products requiring exacting tolerances *Read and understand G and M code *Read and understand blueprints and drawings as well as trigonometry *Demonstrate a high level of detail attention *Ability to lift frequently up to 10 pounds (occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds) *Ability to work independently, responsibly, and reliably *Proficiency with inspection tools *Must have your own machinist tools and basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometer, dial indicator...available for purchase on site) *Must pass drug test prior to hire

Position: CNC Programmer We are seeking a trustworthy and reliable CNC Programmer with a passion for the aftermarket automotive industry to join our team at HRE Performance Wheels. Responsibilities: -Create and implement CNC programs for high-performance wheel manufacturing using Mastercam as the programming software -Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize programs for efficient production on VTL lathes, Haas 3 axis, and Toyoda 4th axis HMC with RGV systems -Ensure consistent part quality and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations -Develop and implement macro programs to automate repetitive tasks and optimize CNC machine operations -Analyze and optimize existing programs, create custom macros, and stay up-to-date with the latest programming techniques and tools Requirements: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with a team Solid understanding of CNC programming principles and experience with Mastercam, machining processes, and tooling Experience with macro programming considered a plus Passion for the aftermarket automotive industry and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Troubleshoot and repair boilers, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial steam cooking equipment. Ensure compliance with Cal OSHA safety regulations, food safety guidelines, and company policies. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory. Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency. Conduct equipment inspections, document findings, and recommend improvements. Assist in equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) principles. Test functionality of facility safety systems. - Fabricate new equipment as necessary SKILLS/QUALIFICATION: 5+ years of maintenance experience in the food manufacturing industry, Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team.
