Responsibilities: --Lead, train, and support team members in the paint and loading departments. --Manage daily workflows to ensure project deadlines and quality benchmarks are met. --Ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures and AISC standards. --Perform QA/QC inspections and maintain accurate records and documentation. --Coordinate shipping and loading schedules with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics. --Assist with corrective action plans and performance management for departmental staff. Qualifications: --3+ years of experience in structural steel painting and/or loading. --1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred). --Strong understanding of AISC painting standards and QA/QC procedures. --Familiarity with production software such as EPMgo (preferred). --Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. --Commitment to a safety-first work environment and a team-oriented mindset.
