Description

We are looking for a few technicians with around 2 years experience. you need to be able to install all cable in commercial environments and have the basic understanding of construction scheduling. Must be able to; terminate cat 5e, cat 6 and coax. Understand how to read a bluprint, and understand basic labeling schemes. How to hang j-hooks, bridle rings, ect. all cable supports. Also must own snips, punch tool, screw driver, battery powered drill, basic hand tools. I am a veteran owned company so I will be looking for hard working, competent individual. The type of people I am looking for must be Driven, motivated, have access to a vehicle. Pay depends on experience and overall knowledge of the trade. We do offer accrued holidays and vacation pay. No drug testing or background checks. If you are a convicted felon it's ok we just can't use you on all jobs, but most jobs are ok. Helical Drilling, is looking for an experienced Foreman. Helical is a geotechnical design build contractor that does work all over New England. The foreman is responsible for their assigned project and crew. Their primary responsibilities are to oversee and maintain a safe work environment. They will guide and direct the crew along with managing the daily activities of the project. They will ensure that the project is built according to the design submittal. They will keep General Superintendent (GS) & Construction Project Manager (CPM) informed on the status of the project daily or as needed and will also coordinate site activities with the General Contractor and with the GS & CPM when required. Primary Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the assigned project 2. Oversee and maintain a safe work environment 3. Guide and direct the crew 4. Manage daily activities on project 5. Build project according to the design submittal. 6. Keep GS & CPM informed on status of the project daily or as needed.
